At Ebonyline, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain products like lace front wigs and cosmetics cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Return Process

  Log in to your Ebonyline account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags, hairnets, and inserts are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
